Projects   

ADSSC’s Project Division aims to manage company projects from initiation through construction and contract closing.

Setting ADSSC’s vision into practice, divisional targets entail ensuring efficient execution of works and services intended to meet the needs and expectations of Stakeholders in order to accomplish the vision of ADSSC.

A project’s life-cycle begins at receiving the Asset Management Division’s(AMD) request ,moving towards the completion of construction works and issuance of the final acceptance documentation.

The Projects Division is comprised of three departments.

• Engineering Department
Aims to achieve project objectives and activities from the project initiation stage up to the awarding of contracts.

• Projects Management Department
Manages the supervision of construction works, project close-out as well as the issuance of a project’s final acceptance certificate.

• Projects Support Department
Deals with and covers a project’s financial aspects; from budget assessments through payment to consultants/contractors as well as monitoring & controlling the projects during their life-cycle.
