ABC Project    

Given Abu Dhabi’s strategic Vision for 2030 and the large number of major economic developments currently underway, the Executive Council General Secretariat has made a significant investment towards helping government entities develop their strategic planning and performance management capabilities.

The ABC Project

In an effort to align with this vision, and given our drive to continuously improve our quality of service provision, the ADSSC has launched the ABC (ADSSC Balanced Scorecard) Project. The ABC Project will allow the ADSSC to identify, define, measure and address our future strategic challenges.

Towards this end, the ADSSC has chosen an integrated strategic management framework, based on the balanced scorecard philosophy. This framework will gradually transform the ADSSC into a strategy focused organization that utilizes best practice in the areas of: strategic planning, performance management and company alignment. To support the ADSSC with this endeavor, we have hired The Palladium Group, a leading consulting firm focused solely on helping clients successfully execute their strategy.
